Please book your journey in advance. Bookings can be taken up to 12pm the working day before the day of travel (Travel days are Monday to Friday). Please book early as places can be limited on the most popular journeys.
Booking enquiries for flexible journeys should be made as soon as possible, and not least 24 hours before your planned journey time.
Once the route of the journeys have been agreed we will confirm your pick up time and approximate destination arrival time.
Cost of journeys
Up to and including 22 December, there will be no charge for the set journeys (for example commuter shuttle runs). From 4 January 2012, these journeys will be chargeable at £3 per journey, per seat.

Cancellation of bookings
We ask that cancellations are given as soon as possible, but at least by 12 noon the working day before the journey takes place.
If you suddenly become aware of the need to cancel after that time please contact us on 0345 045 9090 and let us know, so that we are not holding up your fellow passengers by waiting for you.
Children
Unaccompanied children under the age of 14 will not be accepted on journeys. All children of any age will require a separate seat and so will be charged at the full rate. Where required, child safety seats, booster cushions or other seating equipment shall be provided by the customer/ passenger/adult responsible for the child (except when otherwise specified in a particular contract) and their design, fitting and use must comply with the recommendations the Medical Devices Directorate Guidance Note MDD92/07.
Group bookings
The minibus is also available for hire for group bookings from Monday to Friday only from 10am to 3pm. If there is demand for more group bookings, these might be considered in the future. Concessionary fares
Concessionary bus passes are for use on registered bus routes only and therefore cannot be used during this pilot.
